Project Management
Project delivery runs from concept through to install and commissioning, backed by experience across shipbuilding, nuclear and heavy industry — much of it in mechanical engineering before moving into project management. Programme and cost control, NEC4 contract administration and compensation events, procurement, risk management and stakeholder coordination — all handled by a single point of contact throughout.
Mechanical Engineering
Mechanical design and engineering runs from concept through to manufacture and installation, drawing on 10+ years' experience across heavy machinery, process systems and engineered equipment. 3D CAD, detailed engineering design, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, design for manufacture, and solving complex practical engineering problems.
Electrical Engineering
Over 20 years' experience in electrical design and industrial automation spans the food, automotive, tobacco and heavy plant sectors, for clients including British American Tobacco, Linamar and Sensata. Capabilities cover electrical design, PLC and HMI programming, machine vision and laser profiling systems, and safety system design to harmonised industry standards — from concept and CE certification through to installation and commissioning, including large-scale automated distribution and manufacturing projects.
