Panel Building
Control panel design, manufacture, installation and commissioning — with support for the life of the panel.
We design, build, install and commission control panels in-house, and support them afterwards. One team is responsible for the panel from first drawing through to commissioning and every modification that follows.
Control panel design covers load schedules, protection and discrimination, component selection, enclosure sizing, thermal management and IP rating for the environment the panel will sit in. Some clients supply a complete schematic; others describe what the plant needs to do and leave the design with us. Both are routine.
Manufacturing is to consistent standards — wire numbering, segregation, labelling that matches the drawings, and access for maintenance inside the enclosure. It is what a panel is judged on over the following decade. Panels are wired and tested before they leave, and documentation is issued as-built.
Installation and commissioning on site, working to the production window available. Panels arrive tested, so site time is spent proving the installation rather than finding build faults.
Service and support after handover — modifications as a process changes, fault-finding, and replacement of obsolete components. For clients buying panels regularly, the person who built it is the person who knows it.
Panels are built for quarry and minerals plant, manufacturing and process industries, from a single control panel to the full electrical scope on a plant build.
We work across Siemens, Schneider, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, Keyence and Lovato, and build to a site's existing standard platform where there is one.
